 Shippers are allowed up to (NINE) 9 months from the date of delivery to file and register a claim. CSI is a 3rd party claim department that does NOT allow the Carrier (Moving Company) to get involved to be as fair as possible to the claimants.

 Your information will be immediately sent to CSI and a registration acknowledgment notice will be sent to the email you have provided. Your online account login information will be emailed to you once your information is verified.

 Please Note: Before filing and registering your claim with CSI, it is advisable to finish unpacking your entire shipment as all Shipper get a ONE-TIME claim. Items cannot be added at a later date to an open claim.
